Our biggest, long-term objective is being the clear choice for people and markets. Our HR strategy focuses on creating a flexible system that responds quickly to business needs on the one hand, and our people’s need on the other. We have focused on three major strategic lines: refining our recruitment and employer branding processes, improving people’s capabilities and creating the infrastructure to retain the best people.
I wouldn’t change anything. When I was 18 my focus was on education, and looking back, I can say that it has been one of my most valuable experiences. School has given me perspectives I would have probably missed out on otherwise. Stay in school and stay committed!
I have educated myself to strive and fight for a balance between my career and my personal life (I have three teenage kids!). It takes work and commitment, and going forward I would really like to see the results of this lifestyle that I have managed to create for myself. Also, in 10 years, I’ll probably be a grandma :-) .
Career wise, my role model is, without any doubt, my father.
