Interview: Eric Stab, Chairman and CEO ENGIE Romania & Eastern Europe

SKILLS

Leadership, Strategy, Development, Communication

IF I WERE 18...

I would not really change anything: complete good studies to have solid foundations to build on and then discover the wide world to be at the forefront of new developments (back then, in my case, the place to be was Berlin, just after the fall of the wall).

WHERE I SEE MYSELF IN 10 YEARS

I hope to still be able to bring my energy and skills to the ENGIE Group and to contribute, at my level, to making the world greener and more sustainable for all of us.

MY MORNING RITUAL

Drinking a good coffee while reading the news and the most important emails.

3 DIGITAL TOOLS I RECOMMEND

LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Waze.

ROLE MODEL

My father, for his positive spirit and his willingness to always discover new things, and Nelson Mandela, for his resilience and what he did for his fellow citizens.

EDUCATION

Stanford University Executive Program & ESCP Europe Master in Management (Paris).

MY ADVICE FOR THE YOUNG

Find your passion, work hard and enjoy every step of the way.
