My name is Cristina Barsan and I am one of the veterans of this office. We started in 2012 with a small team of 30 staff and now, in 2018 we are close to reaching 450 staff. I believe we developed so much since we first started both as a business but also as a team. Our main goals are to ensure we provide quality service to our internal clients who are all over the world and to support our staff in their development.
A few years ago we were very new and we had very little induction and training processes or I should probably say we had almost none. In time, we realised that with the speed that we are growing we have to make sure our people understand our processes and not only that but they also feel integrated and part of this big team. Therefore, we built a team who is in charge of making sure we do things correctly and that people feel integrated from the first day.
We value our staff more than any process because without them we wouldn’t be where we are now as an organisation so we are making efforts to make sure they do like to work for G2 BUH. If you’d like to see what it is to be part of this literally “great” team then I suggest you come and see us.
